Meine 2Cents zum Thema @buyeuropean und @buyfromeu. Ich find die Bewegung super. Wisst ihr wie wir dort noch drive reinbekämen? Mit einem Tariftreuegesetz: dann dürfte die öffentliche Hand nur noch Firmen (Egal ob Dienstleistung oder nicht) mit Tarifverträgen beauftragen.

Das ist für die Meisten US Firmen ein Riesenrroblem. Das wäre ein konkreter politischer Ansatz.

Tarifverträge sind traditionell nur in Branchen mit relativ großen Arbeitgebern üblich, weniger in solchen wo es nur ein paar bis ein paar Dutzend Mitarbeiter pro Firma gibt.

@taladar Eben nicht, dass ist ne große Mär. Im Handwerk waren sie lange Zeit durch große Flächentarifverträge üblich. Und dort ist die durchschnittliche Firmengröße 11 Bauhauptgewerbe und weniger als 10 im Nebengewerbe. Wenn es da möglich ist, ist es überall möglich.

Möglich wäre das sicherlich, aber da müsste man vielleicht erst mal das Konzept weiter fördern bevor man der öffentlichen Hand effektiv verbietet von vielen Firmen zu kaufen.

Sinnvoller wäre vielleicht im Sinne der Förderung der lokalen Produkte und Dienstleister eher eine Regelung dass die öffentliche Hand nur von Herstellern mit Herstellung und Mehrheitsbesitz in der EU kaufen darf (ggf. mit Ausnahmen für Produkte wie Open Source Software die gemeinschaftlich weltweit entwickelt werden).
