Outdated data. The votes were not done being counted on November 10th. Trump got 49.8% to Harris' 48.3%

Technically. But, RFK's (who dropped out and backed Trump) .49% puts Trump into majority territory.

Relying on 'it was only a plurality' is a weak argument. The majority voted for crazy clearly.
