Not necessarily. Sex, even casual sex, can complicate or completely destroy a relationship. If I had drunken casual sex with a coworker I'd have regrets.
Since you're making this comment, I'm guessing you are not at all religious?
Unless discordianism counts, not in the slightest. For me it would be about the potential drama.
There is an adjustment period, which is often uncomfortable.
And with a coworker, could completely fuck your life up if it goes sideways. No thanks.
