Quite unfortunate. I still have my account, but in 2023 I swore never to post or comment on Reddit ever again. Their loss, but I'm happy to welcome anybody to Lemmy that has taken the plunge. I know we need messengers/recruiters to grow, and I'm happy for everyone going there on our behalf, but I am sticking to my vow.

Theres just a niche subrddit for everything, thats its one pro, but then you realize everyones just showing off and gatekeeping or trying to sell you something
