For civil discussion of US politics. Be excellent to each other.

And those lawsuits are likely to go exactly where the other lawsuits in relation to the Orange went .. nowhere.

I gotta say, the outrage and hurt associated with this new administration seems disingenuous at best. Half the population of the USA voted for this and now they're surprised that it's as bad as the rest of the world has been saying? They've had years to prepare for this, it's only going to get worse.

Half the people who voted, voted for Trump. Which comes out to 32% of the population (64% of eligible voters voted). You can probably add the 36% that didn't vote as de facto Trump votes if you want

Remember that Trump isn't the problem, he's a symptom. If you want to know the problem, you need only look in the mirror.

When Trump is gone, another weirdo fascist will take his place - most likely a democrat, since they'll be forced to adopt extreme positions to win extremist-loving voters back.
