I mean, not exactly. His new EO doesn't strike down Caitlyn's name. But I get their point. Just wish it was factually correct.
What did the EO order?
That the government can only recognize two genders.
So no longer trans, just female (in this case)?
It says that the government will now look at "Sex, as opposed to gender", so I'm afraid we both might be legally considered dudes soon.
It depends on how it is applied. They might insist that gender assigned at birth cannot change. We will see.
The word "immutable" is in the executive order, so I believe that Caitlyn Jenner is now legally a man.
