But what matters, legal experts say, is what Biden didn’t do: He didn’t order the archivist of the United States to formally publish the amendment. And he didn’t direct the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel to withdraw its written opinion that the deadline for ratification expired long ago.

Being president is obviously a complex job that relies so much on the experts of various fields to help you make sure everything is on point and what you need to put pressure on for like a 100+ people.

I don't think Biden really had the capacity to manage all the responsibilities, tasks, and filter what was important. I don't think a president should be past retirement age, I would want someone under 50 because they are experienced and still sharp enough to manage the chaos. Obama, while I am not 100% on-board with him, was a great president and did his job well.

He murdered 12,00 civilians and bombed a doctor's without borders hospital. Fuck Obama.

Every president bombs innocent civilians, it is an American tradition going back over a hundred years.

I wouldn't call any one of them "a great president"

Would you accept 54 for running for a second consecutive term?

If the first term wasn't a shit show, yes.

Shit show is, sadly, relative.
