You really can’t dig an industrial tunnel without a fuck ton of engineers; not that he would personally ever go there aside from opening it, no?

I beleive (won’t read the article) the governmental oversight will really lack from where the route will be laid, but it really shouldn’t be that hard to figure out from where to ppl wanna go, should it?

It's not hard to figure out where people want to go, but is that route full of stable sediment layers/affecting the groundwater movement/at risk of erosion from groundwater movement/at risk of compaction/etc.

There's a ton going on into environmental surveys for construction
