If this is truly supposed to be a sexual innuendo she has no chance of him ever getting it. She needs to learn to communicate her wants and needs, at least more.
Sometimes communicating your fetishes can be tricky. I mean, how do you find the right words to say "Honey, I'd like to open our relationship. But just for me. You'll still remain faithful.
