Don't microwave coffee. Coffee is made up of fats and proteins that go rancid when reheated.
If these compounds can withstand one heating to 85°C, they can withstand another.
No! That's because of the way it is and anyway don't you know that the flavors don't fully bloom after reheating!!!!
Coffee is for making poops happen and getting code written. No need for "fully bloomed flavors" lol
Yeah, there's nice coffee and bad coffee but there's a point where you can spend a seemingly infinite amount of extra effort on coffee for no real gain.
I write code so I can pay for my bougie coffee
(Local fresh roasted coffee is amazing)
They go bad sitting out, losing volatiles and absorbing oxygen. Microwaving bad, old coffee gives you bad warm coffee
OTOH microwaving well stored coffee or some that has only just gone cold is the last damaging way of warming it
