Why would they post at 7 AM? Shouldn’t they always post at like 11:59 PM?

Edit: Okay smartasses. Why would they post at 7 AM EST (often used as the default time zone in the US, and also the latest time zone so other US time zones would only be worse)?

Isn't there some weird ahh timezones that are 45 minutes apart and technically 7 AM there is midnight nowhere?

Seme parte of america are in the - 7 timezone so if it was posted there and seen in the UK, it all fits.
