Hi,
you could check https://grafana.lem.rocks/d/bdid38k9p0t1cf/federation-health-single-instance-overview?orgId=1&var-instance=lemmy.world&var-remote_instance=lemmy.sdf.org&from=1734090319606&to=1734695119606 but so far both incoming or outgoing has any high latency or high failure count.
Oh wow, that's a great dashboard! Definitely bookmarking this one. Thanks!
Re my problems with lemmy.world, I'm just one guy and I'm on a tiny instance that isn't all that well supported if I'm honest. I'm not dismissing the possibility that the SDF instance is at fault here: it has been troublesome in the past so I wouldn't be surprised.
But I find it a bit too much of a coincidence that all my remaining problems are posting to lemmy.world communities. And other people on other instances also hinted at similar experiences (I can't find the comments now though, sadly). Hence my posting this here.
Lemmy has some federation issues in general. We lemmy.world has just "so many" because we are on a large scale that no one ever had.

No news 10 days later. The admins definitely don't see too reactive
