The situation for civilians in the region is becoming increasingly alarming. Russian terrorists are targeting the civilian population, and drone attacks on vehicles have become a daily occurrence.

Looks like it didn't do much damage, the truck was able to reverse. But it did probably pop the tire

Shrapnel can also be real bitchy. Stuff like: you find out in 2k miles you were leaking transmission fluid from a small shrapnel-induced fracture and now the vehicle won't shift; causing 'buy another whole vehicle' to become a reasonable thought.
