Disappointing comments will generally be left to fester in ratio, outright horrible comments will be removed.
Message the mods if you feel something really should be removed, or if a user seems to have a pattern of awful comments.

Funny because the evidence seems to suggest as the article reported—it will help lift more people out of poverty than not doing it. That's what this trial is intending to confirm.
What's your evidence that they're wrong?
