Mañana means tomorrow but also morning. Mañana por la mañana means tomorrow morning. The usage here is correct but I'd argue that madrugada is a more fitting word

For 22 out of 24 hours every day, 2AM is always tomorrow.
It's weird that they knew enough to put the accent over the ñ, but not enough to actually know the word
