I'm done with subscriptions I had to get an ombudsman involved to cancel Virgin Cable in the UK. Twice when I told them to cancel they actually upgraded my package to a higher priced one instead while telling me the cancellation had gone through.

Canceling should be a one button click away, instead I went through months of basically being trolled and charged even more (the real killer is how many hours they kept me on hold and then hung up on me) .
