Get organized, join a Leftist party. Strength in numbers, protection. Consider getting a firearm if that helps (but practice extreme gun saftey, of course).
Can't get a firearm with a medical marijuana card in my state. My home is incredibly secure, though, and I'm in a very blue area.

By Federal law you're a prohibited person (can't buy a gun) just for MJ use, even if it's legal in your state. It's a bad law that Dems also want to keep in place because their platform is to use whatever tools necessary to disarm as many people as possible.

As Capitalism decays, fascism rises. Protecting yourself and your community is a good thing.
If you are at the point where you have to fight your way out, you are already royally fucked.
If we want to go full doomer, I'd say start looking into ways to move abroad.
Capitalism is decaying everywhere, I suppose you could move to a Socialist state but that won't matter too much if the US Empire succeeds in provoking WW3 with the PRC like their military training manifestos are pointing towards.

MAGA has been threatening to riot if Trump doesn't win because they're anti-democracy. They've had four year to plan since their last failed insurrection and if things go bad, it's going to get ugly real fast. Hopefully it doesn't come to that.
