If you look up the guy's (now deleted) twitter, the guy was a pro-NATO nutcase who I guess earnestly believed Trump would disband NATO.

I'm not calling all people who are pro-NATO nutcases, I mean the dude was mentally ill and extremely pro NATO, claimed he had thousands of "NATO-trained Afghan troops" ready to defend Taiwan, claimed he was going to go fight in Ukraine, tried to buy a rocket from Elon Musk to assassinate Putin, etc.

Here's his extremely hinged website: https://taiwanforeignlegion.com/

earnestly believed Trump would disband NATO.

TBF the orange turd has been very vocal about leaving NATO, which has been tied specifically to allowing Russia to invade Ukraine

He also claimed the purpose of the threat was to strengthen NATO by getting more countries to increase their military budgets. Trump isn't anti-imperialist.

I'm pro-NATO and also concerned that Trump will disband NATO, and even I think that guy is a complete nutcase.

If I actually believed he would disband NATO and dismantle the American empire, for the sake of most of humanity, I'd have to vote for him.

The only reason he is threatening NATO is because he feels it's not doing enough imperialism.

I didn't believe him in 2016, and the fact that he didn't do it makes him even less credible than he was back then.
