I'm looking for a video player that will play my downloaded media the same way I use Netflix. It should show all my different series or movies that I downloaded when I open the app. Like, it should automatically resume where I left off a series, features like this. I'm aware of Plex, but it's too complicated and I don't want to host servers, I just want some comfort when viewing downloaded stuff and not having to remembertat which episode I stopped. Is there any such app Or any workaround? If setting up Plex just on my PC will work for me please guide me for that too, I'm open to any solutions

Kodi If you are using more than one device, and have an always on device you can serve from, Jellyfin makes sense and is super easy to get up and running. Trakt and LibreFM can track your media usage history and integrate well. You can even continue to use Kodi as the front-end.
