What is this sub exactly? I still don't get what "white people Twitter" is supposed to be. Someone please explain

I believe it comes from an old joke trend from years ago on reddit when people were naming their subs ____ people _____. "White People Twitter", "Old People Facebook", "Young People YouTube"

This was one of the few that stuck around, but it ultimately evolved to just a place for Twitter posts (beyond the joke title, people didn't truly want it to seem race exclusive, because that would be weird)
