It's really good when you use it for a bit. The cooldown seems ling and it appears pretty weak, and it's not really made to be fast, except when you go downhill. The trick is more when to use it. I use it to reinforce, reload and get away from bile titans or hunters. It's very handy to get on rocks to get a breather. It helps to do objectives, abd on maps with a chasm it's s+ tier. Honestly if it were any better it would be way overpowered. You can already outrun almost everything, and the jetpack gives you that extra boost. I use it combined with light armor and the 30% reduced visibility perk, so it's really easy to just disappear. I only really fie to teammates with that loadout.
