The scene can only be described as an echo of the KKK, lynching, and other racial violence. Two black men were brutally tortured by six cops simply because they were staying with a white woman. The crooks are behind bars, but now it's time for some restitution.

There is a lawsuit against the city in the works. The article briefly mentions it. That should provide restitution. I don't expect restitution from the cops, given that they will likely have few assets to go after.
