TLDR; I found one on a trusted site that seems to work but I'm not sure if its safe and wouldn't advise anyone to download it for now but feedback on if it's safe is appreciated.

So I've had 48.380 revanced for a while now, until today it decided to break, and not work after repatching, that after it's worked for really long. So what I've done, is search around, and found another one, a non-revanced APK on mobilism. Mobilism is, I believe, a site generally regarded safe, on the megathread aswell as on fmhy, and the post was made by a person named "derrin", who admittedly I've never heard of, but they apparently have some reputation as I've looked around. I didn't scan the apk like crazy, as I believed it to be safe, and upon installing it worked fine. I don't know if it really is safe, but I think it is, I don't think it's based on revanced, because revanced didn't work for me, and if anyone has additional info if it's another version that will like work for a few days and then die again, or if its safe, please add in the comments below.

(If you want to find it for yourself, go on mobilism, create an account as that's required, search for spotify and find the one post made by "derrin" about spotify premium 48.380, I believe it also contained something about "team aprel" in the title)

For now, I won't advise anyone to download it, so please just don't, I did it just to see if it works, as even though it's on a trusted site, I'm not sure if it really is safe, but if you are knowledgeable, you may just want to take a look or something.

My mom really likes to watch kdramas, or well, most of the time listen to them while she is cooking or doing other stuff that requires her attention so she mostly looks for dubbed kdramas

I checked the megathread but it seems most asian media sites there are directed to an english audience while my mom only speaks spanish.

I'd be really grateful if you had any safe suggestions :D

And is it safe to have a shared folder between your PC and VM with GenP?

So apparently, multiple live TV sites are airing the wrong timezone for Disney Channel, especially the ones that specify that it's the east coast broadcast. Instead I'm getting the west coast broadcast, this complicates matters since I'm on the Eastern timezone. Has anyone else noticed this?

I've been using modded Spotify with Revanced and Antisplit, however its not working anymore. When I use my Spotify in the unmodded app straight from the Play Store, I can't play it view any of my songs. However, when I use the same account on the website, I can view and play everything. What my question is, if I buy premium on the unmodded app, will I get my ability to listen on the app back, or will I have effectively wasted my money?

I need to vent, and this community feels like the place. The acronym stands for Hide In Plain Sight / Hide If Not Useful.

[The BIG Video Platform] has gone full scorched-earth with its adblocker crusade. it's escalated beyond scolding banners to the hard ultimatum: "Disable your adblocker or don't use our site." No polite requests, just straight-up denial of service if you're running an adblocker. No videos for you.

This is beyond frustrating. It's an aggressive, user-hostile move. It feels like a blatant attempt to strong-arm: either suffer through an increasingly unbearable ad load, or pay tribute for a premium tier just to get back basic functionality. I'm not interested in disabling my essential protection and I'm certainly not rewarding this kind of behavior with my subscription money.

This brings me to the HINU part of HIPSHINU: if all attempts to maintain a reasonable user experience fail, if their walls become too high or the cat-and-mouse game too exhausting, then perhaps the service itself becomes "Not Useful." At that point, "Hiding" it from our lives – simply avoiding the service altogether – becomes a valid (not ideal) tactic.

About the HIPS part: Hide In Plain Sight.

Given this escalation, "Hiding In Plain Sight" is another strategy. Continued access on our terms, right there on their platform, as it should be and has always been. No shutting us down. How can we maintain a clean, user-controlled experience by effectively being invisible to their blockade. We know there are various approaches people try – things like fresh browser sessions (incognito/private modes), tinkering with cookies, sometimes VPNs playing a role, and of course, the ever-evolving adblocker filter lists and scripts.

What are your thoughts on this nuclear option they've deployed? More importantly, how are we all approaching the "HIPS" aspect of this? What strategies, general or specific, are proving effective for staying one step ahead, bypassing their content wall, and continuing to Hide In Plain Sight while enjoying videos ad-free?

And lastly, do we even need to stress? After all, maybe our friends at the adblocker places are already working on it.

Stay savvy.

I remember reading comics on a mobile website that had an option to fullscreen what I was reading with even the system bar at the top hidden. Are there any others like this?

My Spotify broke this morning. When I tried the trusted method I had read about I found my playlists are all blank once I log in. Tried again several times with the same result. What should I do at this point? Can I rip my playlist and just keep the songs local? Is there another Spotify patch coming down the pipeline? I'm so tired of having to worry about music every week.

I have been using Stremio for a long time now. I love it, but it has some drawbacks like not linking to Trakt properly so i can track what I have watched. It tracks on the app, but it wont update Trakt for me which is really annoying for me. I also like scrobbling. But also, Jellyfin offers a lot more options too.

Is it possible to make Jellyfin work like it? Have it just list every movie, tv show and everything else but when i click play it adds it to Real-Debrid and plays? I tried finding info but I cant find anything.

I am at my WITS END please will somebody help me. I'm trying to download all of my music so I can free myself from subscription services and actually own media again. I have tried a variety of sites and applications already including what seem to be the favorites (deemix, murgar, streamrip, doubledouble) and NONE of them have worked. I have zero coding experience and I'm fighting for my life on github. At this point I don't care about lossless audio or even great quality. I've already spent a genuinely heinous number of hours on this and I'm desperate. I've looked through so many threads and I haven't found something that works and doesn't require a level of computer knowledge that I simply don't have.

What is the EASIEST way to download playlists (not just albums). I use spotify but have also transferred stuff over to deezer. I just need something that actually works.

I've been out of the piracy realm for 13 years or so, so I'm out of the loop and don't know shit anymore.

What apps do you recommend for blocking ads, trackers, malware, when browsing the Internet/downloading?

Thanks in advance

So I’m thinking about downloading Filmora 14 from appdoze.net, but I’m not sure if it’s safe. I tried checking around and some people said the site is shady, while others said it works fine.

Has anyone actually downloaded from appdoze recently? Did it come with any sketchy installers or malware?

Also, if this site isn’t safe, are there any other (preferably safer) sources where I can get Filmora 14 unlocked/cracked?

I know that the website is mentioned in the megathread, but I just wanted to make sure it's still safe and also ask for more sites like it that are trustworthy.

I’m kinda new to this stuff, so I don’t really know much about pirating just have a brief idea of how it works and what to do. Would appreciate any help. Not trying to get into trouble or destroy my PC.

Thanks!
