This is going to sound strange. I have a 3.5mm foot pedal, and I've been thinking about the possibility of connecting it to my PC to use for gaming. I'm not sure how feasible this is, considering I'm hoping to do so without the use of an adapter. If you have any idea of how this could be done, I'd really appreciate the help.

Hello everyone and happy new year, the first thing to say is that I am not a non-conformist person, I am too demanding and if I buy something it has to be 100% what I am looking for, I am looking for 2 27-inch 2k Monitors with VESA certification, that have freesynk, minimum 144hz, without borders and that have a displayport, it is for a 2k montage that I am going to do this year.

The problem is that I want the 2 monitors to be able to be unified on the same screen without the ugly border in the middle, so that there is a complete screen with the 2.

I am searching and asking about several sites, I await your contributions, thanks in advance.

My current Monitor is a 165hz VA Panel and i’m planning to buy an OLED. and i have two options.

  1. GIGABYTE AORUS FO27Q2 (240hz) ~550€
  2. Samsung Odyssey OLED G6 (360hz) ~630€

So i‘m wondering, is there a noticable difference if i upgrade from 165 to 240 or 165 to 360? Or in other words, is it worth the 80€ to upgrade to 360hz instead of 240hz? Is there a noticable difference, thats worth the 80€?

I recently got my family's old laptop with an i5 7200u, 8gb of ram and a GeForce 920mx and was wondering what type of games id be able to play. I know I probably won't be able to play the latest AAA games but what else except Minecraft will I be able to play?

I know this is not an issue, but I just really want to ask because I'm feeling like my PC is kinda lazy. I often play and stream Valorant on TikTok and someone told me that Esport games eat CPU mainly but having said that, during the stream the FPS is only around 300 (350 - 420 when there is not much of thing happen, but it drops around 250 - 290 during the fight). I know it seems alright, but Nvidia app show me that CPU only run around 13% - 20% (Max 25%) and GPU is only in usage of around 25% - 35%. I've tried to increase the quality of the game, set higher priority, change some settings in NVidia control; it doesn't help but more FPS losing, and the PC is still running with a decent loading percentage. I'm not an expert at optimizing the PC so I set every setting like biot, CPU PL1 PL2 as default, I do also try to run the Cinebench r23 for CPU testing for 10 minutes and got the result around 30k (can't remember exact number but <31k) I can't tell is that good or not. So, is there any way to improve the FPS of Valorant by forcing the PC work more or optimize the i7 14700k instead of switch to AMD stuff? Thank guys!

The spec that I'm using:

  • Mainboard Giga Z690 UD ddr4

  • CPU i7 14700k

  • VGA Giga RTX 3060ti 8gb Eagle

  • 16 GB DDR4 3600 x2

  • PSU Cooler master 750w

Don't worry, I'm already backing everything up off this drive onto a different one.

Hello i have recently purchased a gaming pc with an intel i9-13900kf and for some reason when im not in a game my cpu clocks are around 5.3ghz but when im in game they go down to around 4.9ghz not even 5ghz, ive tried default bios settings and overclocked bios settings and all sorts of different combinations to try fix this but im not getting anywhere, my temperatures seem To be fine aswel so im really not sure what i need to do to fix this, this cpu is rated at 5.8ghz max boost clock, i know its not always meant to go that high but im guessing it should atleast be above 5ghz and its not even reaching that, if someone could help and give me some things to try i would massively appreciate it, thanks.

I'm planing to sell my PC to a friend(I wanted to give it away but he didn't want to take it for nothing).

I need your help evaluating a price, one that you would sell to a stranger (but I would lower it at least by half for him).

I'm in Europe, and I bought the PC 2 years ago, I did not use it for mining or OC the CPU. So it should still be considered "healthy".

The specs are : RTX 3070

Intel I-7 12700K

32 GB RAM (installed about a month ago)

2x 1TB SSD , 1x 1TB HDD

750W power supply (not chinese lol)

As I said, I wanted to give it to him for free but he said it was too much, he wants a fair price, and I have been told it is worth about 1k Euro, but I think that is a bit too much.

Please help me so I don't fuck over my friend , thanks :)

I had my PC built last April 2024, everything was working perfectly till last Dec 31, 2024. All of a sudden my CPU started to overheat, the CPU temp was going all the way up to 106 cº when I would just open Discord or a Google tab, and if I'm not doing anything the temp is constantly at 70 - 85.

A few times my PC would already shut itself down due to overheating, but the AIO Cooler lights would remain on, does this mean that the motherboard is recognizing a problem with the Cooler? I'm worried that the motherboard CPU fan connector might be the problem, is there a way to tell whether it's the AIO cooler itself or the motherboard?

I lifted up the cooler to check the thermal paste and it doesn't even look that dry—and as you can see the CPU Fan RPM is at 0 for some reason.

Kindly let me know your thoughts.

Here are my PC specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 4060 TI Eagle

MOBO: Gigabyte B650M Gaming X AX

AIO COOLER: Cooler Master Core ML240L ARGB
