I generally don't eat until 11-12 ish.
I used to eat first thing in the morning but it's something you can learn not to do if you want to for whatever reason.
You'll be hungry in the mornings but after a few years you won't notice, assuming you still eat enough the other meals.
In my case I'm a lot above average in one and about average in the other.

You've got the wrong idea about what the shareholders prioritize. They got sued by the shareholders for lying about being committed to safety and instead maximizing short term profits.
