Switching from PulseAudio to PipeWire could help since it's more modern and tends to fix random issues like this. I don't have personal experience with Ubuntu 22.04 in terms of switching from PulseA to PipeW, but I found this guide that explains it.

Also you probably should update to Ubuntu 23.10 since newer packages help with gaming, in which case the above is unnecessary due to PipeWire being the default since 22.10.

Last LTS kernel to have support for it (6.1) will be maintained until December 2026 or August 2033.

Wonder if you could even have a GPU in continuous operation for 34 years without replacing capacitors or something else.
