For the last one, I don't think they have a choice. Since they effectively don't have democracy, you can't blame them since they are being forced by the regime. And it is hard to overthrow when the dictator is known to kill political competition.

But also check audio in the kde settings maybe they got misconfigured.

I mean every device that connects to cell towers has an IMEI number. That can be used so that they can ban your device if necessary (eg someone stole it).

For number 4 since it is very useful in such situations: press Ctrl + Alt + one of the F keys (usually one of 3,4,5) And to go back it is usually one of 1,2,7,8

It saved my ass many times.
