Still requires custom css which annoys me, doesn't feel as good as native impl.

Brave on both.

  • Native vertical tabs +1
  • tablet UIs
  • scrolling velocity doesn't feel non-native

Would like to revisit Firefox once those are fixed.

Figure out what you want to build first, then pick the best tool for the job. A common fault of JS devs is trying to make it work for every platform and usecase as opposed to learning the best language for that platform.

I've owned several Android Wear devices since they launched many years ago. I like my pixel watch the best so far, but looking forward to gen 2 with better battery.

Too expensive for a social app? Yeah. But I'll put some money into his development for this year to help bootstrap a new community and evaluate again next year.

If not for HDR support on Linux, I'd run it for gaming too. As it stands, it's a dual boot/vm for productivity, and win for gaming. Hopefully soon.

My household has a couple folding phones. The pixel fold is great, the Samsung fold is too tall.

Removed the front metal panel so it's all mesh. Replaced front fan with a 3000 rpm notcua. Zip tied a 14cm notcua over the mobo.

I have one of these and it's worked pretty well after some mods for cooling better.
