I am more likely to pledge if I see support for non-Hasbro 5e-adjacent systems like Shadowdark, Tales of the Valiant, or DC20.

As long as I can turn off cross-play, you've got a deal. The original was a great time until PC players, through m&k and/or aimbots, made it less fun for the console player.

(And if you're about to jump in and tell me you were a console player who dominated: that's great for you and neither of our experiences is everyone's experience)

I knew this to be true and still told my kid to eat their carrots for better night vision, because it made them eat their carrots. We do what we must in the trenches.

Those really help the NERPS go down better. Yum!

While you could go as extreme as canceling Prime completely, it's not the only way to send a message.

Stop watching Prime Video.

They have as many metrics for what gets watched as they do what physical products get clicked on. Their Video division will see that their viewership has plunged. They will have to report reduced engagement to those who control the budgets. This will probably take a while, because they probably expected to ride out the initial subscriber backlash. Stick with it and show them that in the long-term, they'll make more money by not being greedy.

As to how you get your Amazon exclusive videos in the meantime… well, purchasing the same content on Amazon only shows them that they can make money in a different way through putting their "free with subscription" content behind a pay wall. You're not hurting them in that regard. So look for other ways to get the same content, in whatever way your conscience and technical ability permits.

Love the roof-mounted machine gun. Nice work.

Good point. I'm going with "giant robot". Chicks dig giant robots.

I have an ADHD brain, sleep lightly because of raising kids, and my wife snores. I have found the best comfort success with Mack's Silicone earplugs. I can shape them just right, so they're not painful when I am sleeping on my side. Each plug, split in half, lasts about three nights before my body oil makes them difficult to adhere to my ears. They're don't block a lot of sound, but they both soften the sounds that happen and they make me hear my own breathing more, which is relaxing and focusing in it's own way.

Same. As a kid my hearing was sharp enough to hear the high pitched sound my neighbor's tube TV made.
