I absolutely love my Synology router and access points. You can start with one and then if needed just add others for a mesh network. The RT6600ax has all of the features that you're looking for. My .02.

I've had a lot of luck with lasim. I've used it to keep about 4 accounts in sync. Works like a champ

As far as I know it cannot be done on the instance level yet. I've heard they are working on it. However, some clients will allow it, unfortunately I don't have a list of which ones sorry.
