Cheers, thank you! From what I can see, there’s also no way to block that user, or to filter out certain key phrases? (As the bot always prefaces the post with the same phrase, it could be filtered out in that way).

This is the first I’ve head of burggit. Does anyone have a short, eli5 summary on what type of community it is?

Dit is echt een topwet. Ik heb voorheen aanspraak gemaakt op het puntensysteem voor een huur verlaging via de huurcommissie. Na eerst gedreigd te hebben met het opzeggen van de huur (wat niet mogelijk was gezien mijn contract) en nadat ik in het gelijk werd gesteld, kreeg ik te maken met een dusdanig intimiderende verhuurder dat ik omwille mijn eigen veiligheid de woning heb moeten verlaten.

Wat mij destijds verbaasde was dat er geen enkele consequentie leek te zijn voor de huisbaas. Dreigen met rechtszaken, uitzetting en op locatie komen voor discussies, daar zaten voor hem 0 consequenties aan.

It’s easy to see this as a parallel to the value our society places on human lives of different societal classes and nationalities. But I also think the sub story has so much traction because it’s an ongoing story with a fight against the clock, where there’s a, however small, glimmer of hope.

The boys stuck in the cave in Thailand a while ago weren’t overlooked either.
