Seems like a malfunctioning volume button on your keyboard/headphones.

My PC is slow at everyting even though I have a really good hardware in c/[email protected]

Have you checked your power plan settings in windows? Your cpu usage is not reaching above 20% , your power plan settings might be causing the issue.
