I made this a couple years back when those navy vets came forward with their UFO stories (you might remember the special on 60 Minutes about it) and they all described them as looking like a tic tac. So it was probably just a psy op to make people buy yummy sugar mints or something
sweeny
UFOs are confirmed real though, it's just very difficult to film a super fast moving object in the distant sky. You can barely take a decent picture of a flying bird without thousands of dollars of equipment, let alone a super fast tic tac thingy. And allegedly there is better footage/evidence that the US government has managed to get on UAPs, and Congress is working on getting it disclosed as we speak
*Guys I didn't say aliens are real, or that every UFO sighting is real, just that UFOs are real and there are legitimate sightings. The navy has confirmed this, and the scientific community and defense industry are taking these things seriously. We still have no idea what they are though. Hence the unidentified status...
It's also anti inflammatory and will make you feel less depressed about the ailments it can't take care of! It can have some negative side effects if you overdo it of course, and you can become too impaired to operate vehicles while using it, so I wouldn't quite call it a miracle drug, but it's still an extremely useful drug with minimal health risks. Not to mention it's a good time, I don't feel the need to use any other drugs recreationally since weed works so well and has so much less side effects (when used in moderation).
A lot of people struggle with moderation and withdrawals, so I wouldn't go as far as to say it is non addictive unfortunately, but it is a lot less addictive than pain killers that's for sure
I think what you're saying is more about being HUmanly. Once you try to assert what manliness is and isnt it becomes clear that gender is a social construct and that people should just do what they feel is right regardless of what abstract groups they identify with
It's true, my uncle's cousin works for Cellebrite and says they can even hack into our brains
This has to be an intentionally bad idea lol, most albums are longer than 30 minutes and this would ruin the flow
This is needlessly splitting hairs, Linus Tech Tips is absolutely part of the tech industry, and the parallels to other horror stories of the tech industry are too great to ignore. The people working on these videos are tech professionals similar to yourself, they test software similar to what you make, they have a company culture similar to tech startups, and other tech professionals consume their videos giving them influence in the tech community. They may not be doing the same thing in the industry as you are, but that doesn't mean they aren't part of it.
I would say it's both, it is an extremely tech centric media production company with many employees who are tech professionals. That's an interesting point though, the tech culture and media production culture definitely both seem to be at play here. This story just stirred up a lot of feelings for me on this recurring pattern I've been seeing in the tech industry as a whole, and many are rightfully pointing out that these problems aren't just limited to the tech industry.
That's a great point, unions are really under utilized in tech and would help a ton with this. I'm not sure if forming a union is 100% of the solution though, there are powerful unions in hollywood and sexism has still been allowed to run rampant there for example. Unions are comprised of the workers, many of whom are contributing to the problem, this isn't just an issue coming from the top
Have you heard of Spotify?
It's probably a healthy mindset to be hard on yourself for running stop signs, you're gonna get somebody killed dude
