Companies building plants of this size are likely to have law enforcement or private security protecting the build operation. It would be illegal and dangerous to go anywhere near that site with white sugar while concrete trucks are turning.

Every time I suggest a solution that would work, I'm attacked by "leftists" that condemn anything except a moderate approach. I want change now. Some of the people convicted of these bogus crimes will die of old age in prison. Change has to happen now. A progressive approach would solve it, but the people here don't want to hear it. They want small, safe changes, changes in spending, nondisruptive changes in legislation, don't rock the boat nonsense. I want complete abolition.
