What’s the point of those bots? There’s no karma to farm on Lemmy.

I also really hate the “personalised conversation” thing that they do, things like “thanks, we’re working on that” etc. Who the fuck is “we” here?

You madlad, I don't have much to add but this would be pretty interesting if it worked. Presumably uncooked bone? I also think that using a very thin slice would increase the strength of the electric field, since you want to have a small gap between the plates (field strength is volts per meter). Does the orientation of the bone matter? Could you ask a butcher to cut a slice from a large beef bone?

Edit: Also what voltage are you using?

Not the answer OP wanted, but the answer they needed.

This is why I save a copy of m content (music, TV and films mostly). Not so much to consume on a daily basis, but to have a record and copy of stuff that I want in "my library".

In Sweden, yes tap water is safe without boiling. Might want to filter for taste reasons.

I would drink the water in Iceland without boiling it, probably without a second thought. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if it tastes amazing.

Where is “here”?

Thanks! I actually came across this while googling, but there were so many parody shitposts (no pun intended lol) that it didn’t really stand out.

I keep seeing references to not pooping for three days, I’m confused.
