The most ridiculous argument ever. If they have some, then that would be a crime TOO. Even if they have truckloads, it doesn't make it any less of a crime for Trump.

Neat, I'm round and high too!

Sure, I'll just bike through 4 feet of snow to get to town. Roads don't need to fall within specific tolerances to operate either, like tracks. Have you ever been to the country? Anywhere that snows? You sound like "city folk" to me and you throwing around "closed minded" and "genius" when someone else brings up a contradictory point makes you sound more like "city asshole". Maybe keep the conversation civil, eh?

This needs to be a graphic novel!

I say nearly this same thing, which is probably similar to what every generation says about the next one. Wait until they "grow up" and find out what real problems are. Your pronoun won't mean much if you lose your job and have to figure out how to pay the mortgage and for groceries before your kids starve.

Other languages get around just fine without gendered pronouns. I bet there are other languages that feel like English is missing valuable concepts as well (not necessarily gender-related) , but we don't miss them since we never had them.

This is the way all language should be. Gendered words of any kind serve absolutely no purpose

We can't "prove" or accurately predict anything so l let's just keep shitting where we eat. Solid logic

Lucky snap of the shockwave distorting my Utopia Speeder. This was my very first sentinel freighter kill

I haven't built a PC in over 10 years so I may have gone a bit nuts with my specs. I figured if I was going to spend the money I wanted something that would last a while. I don't think NMS requires a beefy PC but it certainly looks and runs awesome. I started on the Switch and quickly decided that I wanted a better experience so, being a huge nerd, I went the DIY PC route. Teleports/warps take seconds instead of minutes, terrain and bases load before I land rather than having to exit my ship and stand there while the door appears on the base I just landed at. Overall, I highly recommend the beefy PC for NMS.

Good call, I'm down with that!

I'll be posting my finds to nmsce.com as well 👍

Caught this big dude as he was taking flight. This expedition 10 planet is full of these, just wait for a few minutes and you'll hear one taking off or landing somewhere.

Hello fellow travelers! I wasn't even aware Lemmy was a thing until the most recent Reddit shenanigans. I was a big lurker on Reddit, but I'm completely down with this whole Lemmy/federated server thing so I want to help make this new situation home as much as I can.

To that end, I was wondering if there were any plans to start a glyph exchange community here in "federated space" (sorry, couldn't help myself). I've been sitting on a decent number of interceptor finds waiting for some kind of push to get me to start posting them. I believe this is my push. Will there be a separate community for exchanging glyphs or will this be that community?

I have glyphs for all of the interceptors in my pic, but those are just the ones I decided to keep. I'll respond with glyphs if there are any requests... except the far left purple/yellow, that's my little secret :D

Anyway, I'm really excited to start giving back to the community that has given me so much. Thanks and safe travels!
