Twitch does this quite often, I don't know why they get called bans either. Nonpermanent "bans" are a thing, but in the case of a widely used service like Twitch I think it'd make more sense to call them suspensions like you said.

Just the fact the previous Ultimate had HE joysticks, made them better than Xbox controlers, and TMR seems even better, that alongside everything else probably makes them much better value. However, I don't think it's compatible with Xbox consoles, but 8Bit do make controllers that are, and also use HE sticks.

Yeah this would be an insane decision and there'd be tremendous backlash, not to mention it being stupid financially, since Half Life 3 will make them more money than God, but that's only assuming it's actually playable by most people.
