I really don't like that level of responsibility. Probably just put the country under anarchic rule, and head back home.

Discworld work make an incredible series of movies. I think D&D Honor Amongst Theives proves that modern comedy fantasies can work great in a movie format.

My other choice would be House of the Scorpion.

Perhaps a little too on the nose, but Hemingway is a dead poet.

Edit: never mind, I realized they're a troll. Comment deleted

He didnt threaten her with murder. He wrote a song expressing his emotions. He exaggerated how he felt to the fullest extent.

I once told my dog that I wanted to eat her cause of how cute she is. I'm afraid to tell you that cause you just might think I run around eating pets just because I think they're cute.

I've done them before when I was struggling with anxiety. I stopped once I felt like they didn't serve a purpose anymore.

Shrooms are more of a tool than a fun drug.

However, they are fun as fuck.

Because it's more nuance than that?

It's not to be taken at face value. This song is about a man who struggles with addiction. He's stuck in a relationship with a nasty person all for the sake of his daughter. He's rapping with raw emotions.

You not supposed to listen to it and be like "ah fuck yeah. Murder is cool". You're supposed to listen to it and feel the same emotions he feels, which is vehement rage and desperation.

Welp, guess it's time for me to start doing shrooms again

This is essentially the point I was trying to make across, but worded better.

North America*. Besides that, people often group Canadians and Americans together quite often. The two countries are very similar culturally. I have seen it become more and more common to say North Americans when talking about things culturally. When it comes to politics or the specific country itself, of course it makes sense to separate them.

People may think he's crazy, but part of psychedelics is hypersensitivity. I doubt he could actually see in the dark and smell landmines, but his brain probably recognized very small details and fabricated hallucinations based on what little he did pick up on.

"American cheese isn't even cheese". I mean 'american cheese' is very processed. But go to Wisconsin and tell me we don't have good cheese.

There's plenty of good quality stuff in America. We just can't fucking afford it.

The US has built its empire on convenience. There's plenty of solid brands out there, but the biggest and well known are the companies that cut corners and quantity so they can keep prices low. And us US citizens just eat that shit up.

Amish style butter is some of the best butter I've ever had. You can find it all over the place in the Midwest and Amish heavy states.
