I don't remember exactly, it was around 2 years ago. It was easy to set up, but I found the feature set to be lacking some essentials, and I ran into a couple of big bugs. Couldn't really replace my airtable setup yet. Happy to give it another try though!

Anyone used NocoDb recently? Last time I tried to get it running, it was too buggy to be useful

I'll never see this the same way again, thanks

Update: I finally installed RYOT, and wow is it slow, and resource intensive. It's using more than 20% of the CPU on my NAS when it isn't even open! Might switch to Media Tracker...

I was wondering why everyone kept talking about Media Tracker being fast. I finally installed RYOT, and wow is it slow, and resource intensive. It's using more than 20% of the CPU on my NAS when it isn't even open!

I just unrelatedly installed Homarr today actually, was getting a little annoyed at memorizing the ports for services running on my Synology...

I use Backblaze B2 for my backups. Storing about 2tb, comes out to about $10/mo, which is on par with Google One pricing. However, I get the benefit of controlling my data, and I use it for tons more than just photos (movies/shows etc).

If you want a cheaper solution and have somewhere else you can store off-site (e.g. family/friend's house), you can probably use a raspberry pi to make a super cheap backup solution.

Ooh, ryot is really nice! And seems to have a similar feature set to Media Tracker, plus exercise. It's also maintained actively.

Have you used it before? Any warnings?

I don't really care about games (GOG galaxy works pretty well for that) but looks like flox also supports movies now, maybe a recent change?

I was looking for watched content, but only because I didn't think about music before! Will play around with it, thanks for the rec
