IDK why I thought that no one else sold ice cream cakes in the city.. I'm interested in trying both of these other establishments now that I know, but Mitchell's still holds a soft spot in my heart. Thank you for the details.

as soon as I saw this on local news, I knew it would make an interesting post. People hate a corrupt, fraudulent company with shady ethics.

The cake is still good. I don't think there are any other ice cream cake vendors in the city besides Mitchell's. I do like ice cream cake with cake on the bottom though. They are a small business so I assume it's a cost thing.

There are two types of "you" in Spanish. Usted is for formal situations and people older than you. Tu is informal and people younger than you. The joke is that OOP doesn't know which "you" to use because dating is an informal situation but she's older than him.
