That doesn't make sense? Hemlock causes flacid paralysis, while a sardonic grin is caused by ridgid paralysis. I really only associate sardonic grins with tetanus infections, maybe strychnine poisoning?
A famous legal case defining what is and isn't allowed for defense of property, specifically about lethal booby traps to stop trespassing. It basically says that you can't use lethal force to defend property using booby traps as they are indiscriminate and therefore cannot determine if certain criteria (i.e. reasonable fear for your life) are met.
If you mean "hunting and downing drones" then it doesn't matter. Federal law should trump county law.

This isn't serious, as you can tell by the title, just making fun of one PLA training video where the rifles seem to be malfunctioning. It was popular on the NCD subreddit when the video first came out, about 2 years ago, and this post is just a callback, cross posted from reddit.

If you can prove they were committing a crime then the assault becomes their fault, because they caused the situation where they would be shot to happen. Something like that.
Or one day a huge poster sells their account for a bunch of money and all the top posts across many communities become ads.
This convo reads like those scam bots.
