Looks like all orgs are goin either full international or international with local flavors. The way I see it is some team will try to capture/retain their regional fan base by always keeping one or two local players and try to surround them with the best international player they can find to make them win.
Navi (Ukraine), Vitality (France), BIG (Germany), what's that middle east team that got Boros, col (NA) are team I'm suspecting are doing this.

In Canada the only protests that accomplish anything are when a group blocks a road or a railroad until a very specific request is met. What typically happens is they get removed by police but I'm the background they get concessions so they don't block another road in next months
