I've been happy with a Synology 2 bay model from couple years back.
Some features in the DiskStation Manager 7 seem to want more horsepower. Depending on the usage one may choose one of the + models to get more speed.

I'm not sure how the redgifs' sharing is supposed to work, but it really wants to end up to a page with multiple videos and the top one is the one linked to. redgifs->watch->LoneLittleAgama
