I don't see that as a problem. They basically only save the phone number, creation date and date of the last connection to the server.

Signal was only able to provide two sets of data: the timestamp of when the account was created and the date of the last connection to the Signal server, as Signal does not store any other information about its users. source

and yes, everyone -not just vegans- should see the doctor once a year.

It's so hard to go to a doctor once a year to get checked and just take b12 /s

Same for Instagram! People just sharing how much meat they eat as a family and how proud they are that it tastes good..

I mainly use soy-sauce. There are also multiple vegan mayo options in our supermarkets in Germany. There's vegan BBQ, most ketchup is vegan. But soy-sauce is king for everything. Make some noodles, drop some vegetables and tofu in, add some spices and round it up with soy sauce.

That's exactly the problem. You want to but you don't have the motivation to look up recipes and want to learn how one makes vegan food. I just got 20 and honestly it's not that hard. There are tons of resources available online as well as in books.

Also many meat eaters I've come across think a vegan diet only consists of meat alternatives but they don't think about unprocessed food like vegetables, beans and just all the rest. Also grass, salad, whatever.

I get that! I've never reported comments on here because I love open discussions as long as it's on-topic and based on facts I don't see a reason to report stuff. And seeing a mod in my thread means they already read it so no need to report :)

I'd be willing to do it but need to look into how lemmy moderation works. I guess there must be some kind of admin panel to view reported comments? I've been in the support team from vtlog.net so I know how to handle angry people complaining about sth not working but this would be a new challenge! I'm free this week, but I'm of course working so moderating couldn't happen all day but only in the afternoons and on the weekends.
