@[email protected] writes about how tech authoritarians believe that their adversaries are NPCs at their own peril.

...There are no NPCs, and if you continue to insist that there are then those people will happily drag your enlightened philosopher-king to the National Razor for an uncomfortably close shave as soon as they find the opportunity.

The whole post can be read at the og sneeratorium and is very edifying:

This kills the OpenAI doesn't it? Im out at town at the moment so i cant easily check, I seem to recall that a large part of their existing investment rounds convert to debt if they can't reorganize.

It's kind of messed up that we got treacherous "goodlife" before we got Berserkers.

Awesome, informative post!

Absolutely delusional wishcasting on the part of our very good friends.

Looks like a local boy did good.

I linked the /r/nashville post since it has a good description of the website. Users can see a history of rent prices for a given property and its neighbors, which gives some leverage in negotiations. For more context, local rent prices are down 6% from highs.

I'm curious to see if it takes off, and how robust it is against adversarial tactics like bogus reports and nuisance lawsuits.

EDIT: Fixed "Blocked" issue by linking to archive

EDIT2: Also linked to the correct archive page

John Mulaney gets paid by prompt fondlers to tell jokes at a party. He spends 45 minutes telling them that they are idiots, which is nice.
