Not in any appreciable manner. Most of the legislation is for the individual candidate not their party or lack thereof, however first pass the post devolves to a two party system by it's very nature. Add the Electoral college and the fact that primaries are run by the Political parties themselves, states run the elections with little to no federal standardization in voting and you get the current mess the US is in.

I'm not saying that all Nebraskans even know about any of this, but the frothing evil hate mongering voters you're referring to, don't seem to be the majority. Likely as not Chinese companies will profit through shell corporations and NGOs rebuilding Russia and Ukraine. The US could've but they dismantled USAID and are actively courting Russian interests in the region.

Then run a left leaning independent with messaging packaged for them to agree with. A lot on the right wanted Sanders in 2016. Medicare/Medicaid for all. Tax breaks for working families and raising taxes on corporations and the ultra wealthy.
