I also host my own vaultwarden and don't have a mail server. I was able to put SMTP settings in vaultwarden so it's able to send the email out.

It appears it's just the telegram group that was taken down, ghost eShop is still working for me.

Malt-o-meal makes a smores cereal, not sure if it's the same, but I enjoy it.
