I loved learning lambda calculus (though for me it was super hard)

So what I've seen, there are already a lot of home grown dating apps, the problem is that they don't have a huge user base.
For example I joined a nerd focused dating app and got one message a month later (I also reached out to a lot of people).
So I think it can be done but the real question is how to generate a large enough user base to make it useful...
If a partner moved in with me they absolutely would help pay my mortgage. But I wouldn't lie that I didn't own the place. Just set standards of what I expect
One lady hit me and got my bike lodged in her car. She then continued to stare me down and slowly drive forward, dragging me with her...
I got free from her within like 30 seconds but it was so scary

Call them lemmy-comms

Wtf... No. Nightmare fuel
It's not that bad though, lemmy is worse but at least with relays misskey and Mastadon etc are easier to aggregate a starting list of content
I suppose it has to do with being stateless.
I just loved learning about lambda calculus.
I think the idea is to remove complexity by never dealing with state, so you just have one long reduction till you get to the final state...
But someone who's more into lambdas etc should speak about this and not me (a weirdo)
