I don't think anybody is saying that. It's a product for GNU/Linux experts who either like to tinker or whose main goal is to have freedom even at the cost of convenience.

That sounds like a lot of information. Not just about the free software movement, but also tutorials? And if I understand correctly, you want some kind of list of libre apps and programs?
I think there should be a website that answers the most common questions and explains common misconceptions. So that we could always send somebody a link to a specific answer when they appear to be confused about the movement. But I'm not sure about the other stuff, since it seems like a big project.

It could just list free software replacements for common proprietary software. For example: use Firefox instead of Chrome or use Signal instead of Whatsapp. This could be sorted by level of difficulty. Replacing Windows/MacOS with GNU/Linux could be one of the last things on that list, because it's probably one of the hardest. But that's probably not the type of content that's right for a wiki.
I would like there to be some website about GNU/Linux phones, since it's hard to find information about them on the internet. But there aren't many people with experience in this area, so keeping that stuff up to date would be difficult.

The camera isn't going to be as good as modern high-end smartphones, but it should be usable. But I have a separate camera for taking photos and don't know that much about mobile cameras, though.

You wouldn't be doing it for a phone, but for freedom (and with that comes better privacy and security). That should be your goal. But I understand that it's difficult.

I’m already not just using Android as is, and use LineageOS on my phone. Which isn’t GrapheneOS (which isn’t available for my phone) but at least allows me to not need to have gmail installed on my phone, etc.

What is the current state of Gnome mobile? I thought that it wasn't finished yet. Is it as good as Phosh?
PS. I managed to run Thunderbird usable on pinephone, I just play around with the look&feel and now I simply have just the mail cards and I am able to interact with it without too much scaling issues.
Phosh comes with Geary. I haven't used it, but it looks like it should work well on mobile.
Don't forget all the developers working on the kernel, camera support, modem firmware, desktop environments like Phosh and others, distro devs like Mobian or postmarketOS and others, app devs who work on supporting mobile and many other developers and contributors. Even bloggers who report on updates.
