Not able to find any that are recent. I'm unable to test at the moment since I'm not running SteamOS on mine, so I can't easily get the BIOS update.
Overclockable CPU and GPU are now available according to this update via BIOS on LCD model.

It just means that MS will start enforcing the use of Pluton as a hard requirement for Windows 12 after Windows 11 is end-of-life. You saw it happen with TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot with 11, history repeats itself.
Just don't use Plymouth and add the module to your initramfs. ez
